This policy explains what information BZB Studio collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, email us and we will explain.
1. Who we are
BZB Studio ("we", "us") is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at hello@bzbee.art for any privacy question or request.
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and run our business:
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email and company, when you request a quote or book a call.
- Project details you choose to share so we can prepare a quote.
- Basic analytics about how this site is used, in aggregate.
3. How we use it
We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver projects, send you information you asked for, and improve our site. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train public AI models.
4. Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent, on our legitimate interest in running the studio, and on the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate, such as email, scheduling and hosting tools, and only as far as needed. They are bound to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for essential functionality and privacy friendly analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up, and project data for as long as our contract and legal duties require, then delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to certain uses. Email us and we will help. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know directly where we can.
